What condition are the products in?

Our products are Brand New in Box products, occasionally the package may be slightly damaged, but the product inside will be new and undamaged. If you receive a damaged product, please Contact Us and we will work to make things right! Our goal is to leave every customer 100% satisfied with their shopping experience!

How can I cancel my order?

We also offer Free Shipping on all orders within the USA; this shipping method is typically via USPS First Class Mail or Priority Mail. Larger orders may ship via standard FedEx Home Delivery (Or FedEx Ground for non-residential addresses), and USPS Priority Mail, unless you choose to upgrade your shipping method during Checkout.

What is the return policy?

If You’re not satisfied with an item, simply return it in its original condition within 30 days of delivery. We will deduct the prepaid cost of return shipping from your refund. After 30 days post-delivery, all items purchased on are non-refundable and all sales are final.
