    What Condition are the products in?

    Our products are Brand New in Box products, occasionally the package may be slightly damaged, but the product inside will be new and undamaged. If you receive a damaged product, please Contact Us and we will work to make things right! Our goal is to leave every customer 100% satisfied with their shopping experience!

    What payment options do I have?

    We currently accept many secure payment options, including all major credit cards, PayPal, Amazon, GPay, ShopPay and Apple Pay. We may accept other payment types in the future.

    We will provide a full refund less a 15% restocking fee and the free shipping costs (only applies to certain, but not all orders).

    Do you ship internationally?

    We currently only ship to the United States and Canada. Please be aware that if you are purchasing from us you are responsible for customs duties, taxes, brokerage and handling fees. Most international orders encounters delays due to the destination’s customs processing. We are not responsible for these additional fees and will not pay duty charges.

    We offer many promo codes, from first time customer discounts, to regular codes that we email to our customers. The best way to get regular promo codes is to sign up for our Mailing List.

    My Coupon Code isn't working, why not?

    Sometimes products are excluded from our promo codes, this typically includes bundles and various other items. The reason for this is because we have already marked down these products at such steep discounts, as well as offering free shipping, we have excluded them from additional savings.
